The unconscious mind

   Freud discussed the unconscious mind and its role in everyday activities. While the conscious mind shapes around 5%, the unconscious mind plays a role in 95% of our activities. The unconscious mind remains a mystery to this day. The unconscious mind contains our ideas and drives that we are not conscious of.

   The idea of entering and exploring our unconscious is still a dream for many people and scientists. Artists like Salvador Dalí have a unique way of exploring the ideas and contents of their subconscious. He could get a lot of new ideas and thoughts for his art, through the process of making the unconscious conscious.

  The ideas that in our subconscious remains a mystery throughout our life unless we tried to discover it and find a way to deal with it. Some people tried meditations to help uncover their mystical ideas and their inner unconscious ideas, some uses hypnosis and hypnotherapy.

   Ideas that reside in the unconscious mind may be the anxious thoughts or ideas that have been repressed throughout our lives.

  This aspect of psychology remains unexplored and undocumented, with no confirmation that it exists or the means by which it could be explored. The unconscious is the source of creativity, innovative ideas, and motivations, which we all need to pursue uniquely and continue our journey in life.
